Who We Are
Devon DeLeonardo
MS, 200 YTT, RCYT
Devon’s mission it to empower others to see the light in themselves and create their own magic by guiding them to find calm, strength, and resilience from within. She believes that everyone deserves to feel a sense of safety and belonging and uses self-regulation practices and nervous system toning as the perfect way for clients to find more balance and ease.
Skilled in using the science of learning principles and the mind-body connection, Devon guides educators and education leaders towards work-life balance for themselves and in creating classrooms and schools that are spaces of safety and belonging for their students. These tools improve educator wellness and self-regulation, increase confidence in educator’s ability to reach all students, and result in improved student learning outcomes as educators grow their toolbox of strategies for classroom and behavior management.
With a focus on children, teens, and their caregivers, Devon draws on her experiences as a former middle school teacher and mentor behavior coach, in addition to her training as a trauma informed yoga teacher and somatic healer. Her strengths include recognizing the trauma response in others, teaching self-regulation tools, and working in conjunction with her students to develop personalized solutions to whatever barriers exist to creating a sense of safety.
